All orders are processed within 3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Placing an Order

Our shop operates on a weekly drop model — a limited selection of products goes live every Sunday at midnight and expires Saturday at 11:59 PM. To purchase, simply select your item and check out before the drop ends or inventory sells out.

  • Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it — complete checkout to secure your unit
  • Each drop is strictly limited; once sold out, items will not be restocked
  • Ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before submitting — we cannot reroute orders after they are placed
  • You will need a valid payment method accepted at checkout to complete your purchase

Once you submit your order, you will be redirected to a confirmation screen. A confirmation email will follow shortly after.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes. This email confirms that your order was received and payment was processed successfully.

  • Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within 15 minutes
  • The confirmation email contains your order number — save it for all future correspondence
  • A confirmation email does not mean your order has shipped — that notification comes separately once your package is on its way

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 1 hour of ordering, contact us at hello@novahairdept.co with your name and the email address used at checkout.

Processing Time

Every order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before it leaves us. Please allow up to 3 business days from the date of purchase for your order to be processed and handed off to the carrier.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your total delivery window is processing time plus the carrier's estimated transit time to your location.

  • Orders placed Friday through Sunday will begin processing the following Monday
  • Orders placed on a federal holiday will begin processing the next business day
  • During high-volume drop periods, processing may take the full 3 business days
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships

Shipping

Once your order has been processed and packed, it will be handed off to our shipping carrier. Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Domestic shipping estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
  • Risk of loss transfers to you once your package is picked up by the carrier

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping email is sent
  • If your tracking shows no movement after 3 business days, contact your carrier directly with the tracking number first
  • If the issue is unresolved, email us at hello@novahairdept.co with your order number and tracking number

Package showing delivered but not received? Contact us within 72 hours of the marked delivery date. We cannot assist with claims filed after this window.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly, our window to accommodate changes is very limited. If you need to modify or cancel your order, email us at hello@novahairdept.co as soon as possible with your order number in the subject line.

  • We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing
  • Address corrections must be requested before the order ships — we cannot reroute packages in transit
  • If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive my order?
Your total delivery time is up to 3 business days of processing plus your carrier's transit time. For example, if you order on a Monday and processing takes 3 business days, your order ships by Thursday and arrives based on your selected shipping speed from there.
I ordered over the weekend. When does processing start?
Orders placed Friday through Sunday begin processing the following Monday. The 3 business day window starts from that Monday.
I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet. Is my order okay?
Yes — as long as you received your order confirmation email, your order is in our system. You will receive a separate shipping email with tracking once your package is dispatched, within your 3 business day processing window.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Email us immediately at hello@novahairdept.co. We will do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
My order says delivered but I didn't get it. What do I do?
First, check with neighbors and any secure locations around your property. Then contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If still unresolved, email us within 72 hours of the marked delivery date and we will assist you in filing a claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing, we can cancel it. Once processing has begun or the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. See our Return Policy for post-shipment options.
