By accessing or using the Nova Hair Dept website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services or purchase our products.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Nova Hair Dept ("we," "us," or "our"). Your continued use of our site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To purchase from Nova Hair Dept, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Reside in a country to which we ship
• Provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account information
• Possess a valid payment method accepted by our payment processor

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time, including but not limited to violations of these Terms.

Nova Hair Dept operates on a weekly drop model. A limited selection of products is made available each week, typically launching on Sunday at midnight and expiring Saturday at 11:59 PM. Once a drop ends or sells out, those products will not be restocked.

• All products are 100% human hair unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Product images are as accurate as possible but slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration and lighting
• All hair is cuticle-aligned and sourced to meet our quality standards
• Drop availability is not guaranteed — units are strictly limited
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify a drop at any time without prior notice

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Nova Hair Dept reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.

• We accept major credit and debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping
• If your payment is declined, your order will not be fulfilled and the items will be released back into available inventory

Applicable sales tax will be added to orders where required by law. Tax rates are determined by your delivery address.

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve or guarantee availability. An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues or inventory errors
• Inaccuracies in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity
• Shipping restrictions to your location

If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Shipping Info page for full details on processing times, carriers, and delivery estimates.

• Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
• Nova Hair Dept is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address — we cannot reroute or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of hair products and our limited-edition drop model, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or texture preference.

We will accept a return or issue a replacement only if:

• The product arrives visibly damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• The product is materially different from what was described

To initiate a return for an eligible reason, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos documenting the issue. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please review our full Return Policy for complete details.

All content on the Nova Hair Dept website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and design elements — is the property of Nova Hair Dept and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission
• The Nova Hair Dept name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks and may not be used without authorization
• User-generated content (such as reviews or photos shared with us) may be used by us for marketing purposes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Hair Dept shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is described in the product listing.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our site and purchasing our products, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described therein. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We use your contact information to send order confirmations, shipping updates, and — if you opt in — notifications about upcoming drops. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
